Lord .... Rock band is not to clone.
You see, Harmonix made GH1 and GH2. Then Activision bought the name of GH and GH3.
Then he went to Harmonix and Rock Band.
So Activision is just trying his best to make this Harmonix. So, basically the article is correct. GH4 would be a clone.
In short, in a world free of legal problems, the rock band, Guitar Hero III, and the only real game would be a clone of ghIII Ghiyas.
